Rahul Dutta is a healthcare AI engineer and entrepreneur who leads the development of an AI powered Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) platform for ophthalmology. He brings seven years at the intersection of artificial intelligence, deep technology, and healthcare, with a track record of shipping clinically deployed AI systems across cardiology, ophthalmology, podiatry, and payer operations.

He began by co founding a health tech venture, building robotic equipment for podiatric care and AI algorithms for US health insurance claims workflows, and has delivered technology for clients spanning ITC, Tata Motors, US insurance carriers, and leading Indian healthcare and diagnostics networks including Manipal, JIPMER, and Metropolis. At Tricog Health, one of India’s most respected cardiac AI companies, he worked as an engineer and solutions architect on AI enabled ECG platforms that have collectively diagnosed more than 30 million ECGs. He also maintains an active research profile, with peer reviewed publications across applied AI, blockchain, and healthcare data privacy that have accumulated over 100 citations.
